A leading Heavy Manufacturer in Brisbane requires a Technically minded, Customer Service Manager, to oversee product performance, sales support, and reliability, a Principal level position based in Brisbane.

As a business, they are at the forefront of developing new and innovative technology. Operating across 10 locations throughout Australia they require trades qualified or engineering professionals with experience in one or more of the following, Steam Turbines, Gear Boxes, Generators, or other large rotational equipment.

**Responsibilities & an overview**:

- Provide mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, technical, and sales support for large rotational equipment - a diverse role.
- Training and development of technicians and fitters, staff members.
- Developing relationships with customers, walking them through their products.
- Project Management, Planning of workshop activities.
- Scheduling and planning of field-based engineering activities into the region.
- 100% Product & Business Promotion - Growth and Business Development.
- Operational and business unit continual improvement.
- Work closely with Production and Service teams, assisting with all engineering aspects of a project (assessing materials used, tolerances, and more).

**You**:

- Full working rights in Australia
- 5 years within a similar role - engineering and sales leadership
- Deep knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical design, and engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Salary**:
Our client offers competitive remuneration packages, $160,000 packages. Vehicle, bonus, super and bases of $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
