This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Risk Director, where you will play a critical role in managing and leading our risk management functions.
The successful candidate will have experience in risk management and business continuity, with technical expertise in developing risk and business continuity policy and practices.
They will also possess a qualification in risk, governance or audit profession or equivalent experience for the role.
Job Description
This position involves managing and leading the agency's risk and business continuity functions to improve risk management capability and enable the organisation to deliver its strategic objectives.
It requires building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as contributing to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy.
The ideal candidate will be a practical and collaborative problem solver who can coach, support and learn from others.
You will work within the Office of the General Counsel Division, which is a diverse and welcoming group of people.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in risk management and business continuity
