**Your Role**:
As the Head of Product and Pricing, you'll own the management of AMB's suite of financial services products including transaction accounts, term deposits, home and personal loans as well as insurance (issued by a 3rd party). You'll be responsible for driving the product development lifecycle from insight to execution, ensuring products are designed and priced to meet our member and business needs. You'll need to be able to work strategically, while still getting your hands dirty with day to day activities such as compliance management and interest rate changes. As a key role within the organisation, you'll need to engage and influence stakeholders across all business units and levels of management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Day to day product management of the product lifecycle from design, launch, optimise and close.
- Portfolio analysis and financial modelling to deliver recommendations to achieve the strategic balance between member and business value.
- Optimise member experiences while ensuring product compliance within the complex regulatory environment.
- Use member, competitor and industry insights to identify opportunities and recommend change programs.
- Define business requirements and lead the implementation across the business for product, pricing and member experience changes including IT, distribution, operations and marketing.
- Champion member-centric led decision making.

**About You**:

- 10+ years in similar roles within the financial services industry (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
- Experience in using insights to drive product and pricing strategies
- Proven track record in implementing product and process change programs (preferably within complex IT environments)
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders (written/verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Deadline and results driven
- Some knowledge of the military would be advantageous
