Marketing Coordinator Barry'S Sydney

Founded in 1998 in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, Barry's Bootcamp is the original High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) boutique, priding itself on offering "The Best Workout in the World". The Barry's workout takes place in the unique "red room", our innovative program is designed to tone muscle, as well as burn up to 1000 calories per session, and creating a spike in metabolism for up to 48 hours after.

**The Opportunity**:
Based at our Sydney office, and working cross functionally with our marketing, club operations and legal teams, Barry's Marketing Coordinator takes responsibility for all aspects of our marketing activities including brand management, campaign development, content partnerships and social media management. This role would be perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-changing and collaborative environment, where people are enthusiastic, curious and accountable.
FLG is committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance. This is a part-time opportunity (0.6 FTE). These hours can be spread across three days (Tuesday-Thursday), or four days (Monday to Thursday). We offer a hybrid work policy with a mix of office and work-from-home days.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Brand management - ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Campaign management - manage the annual marketing calendar across owned, earned and paid channels
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to effectively support brand and business objectives
- Social Media management - manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms
- Content creation and management
- collaborate with FLG's creative and production team to create compelling and engaging digital content, including blog articles and videos etc. that resonate with Barry's target audience.
- Partnerships - Develop and execute strategic partnership marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility

**Skills/Experience**:

- Proven experience in a comparable marketing role.
- Strong social media skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
