We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join the team at Stockland Halcyon, offering luxury resort-style living designed for over 55s. This 12-month parental leave contract will be based onsite at Stockland Halcyon Highlands, located in the heart of Mickleham.

**The role**

Working closely with your Sales Professional, you'll be providing support whilst also playing a significant role in the Customer Journey. This is a diverse role that brings together a blend of Customer Service, Administration and Sales Support. An opportunity to build on your skills and experience.

Base pay (salary + super) plus quarterly bonus + sales commission is on offer, Monday - Friday.

**What are we looking for?**
- A customer focus is what drives you - you understand delivering outstanding service and being a customer advocate
- You'll bring your administration and customer service experience with you, and any exposure in a sales support function would be beneficial but not essential
- You are great with technology and can pick up new systems easily - if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this
- Work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
- Open to learning
- You will need to have your own reliable transport and a full driver's licence
- Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous but not essential
