As a
Lifestyle Coordinator
you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent's Care Kangaroo Point. St Vincent's Care Kangaroo Point (
locally known as Marycrest and Lilian Cooper

Things that work for us:
Certificate III or Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy is essential. Other relevant qualification may be acceptable too
Availability to work Monday to Friday as full time.
Experience in an aged care homes, developing Leisure & Lifestyle programs including working with dementia clients
Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate suitable health and wellbeing activities and programs based on health assessment
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) is mandatory
