At Busy Bees at Narre Warren South kindergarten, you'll find a warm and nurturing learning environment and inspiring learning opportunities for children aged birth to 5 years. We are a purpose-built 102-place service, with educational play space and Educators who are dedicated to encouraging your children to grow.
Our service is looking for multiple Casual Educators who are passionate about the Early Childhood Industry. This is a great chance to work with a fantastic service and team and take your career to the next step while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

- A chance to connect with and build a support network with leaders in the Early Childhood Industry across the nationEssential Qualifications- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.- Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.- Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues.- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.- Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.
Desirable Experience and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.- Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.- Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.- Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.
