The role of a Clinical Pharmacist involves providing pharmaceutical care to patients in various settings.
Job Description
This position is responsible for dispensing, distributing and manufacturing medications as well as providing clinical services to inpatients and outpatients of the hospital.
The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
The role requires strong clinical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Current full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
