Hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Our client is seeking an experienced Hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their team. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description

This is a hybrid sales role that combines General Practitioner (GP) and Specialist sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the Mental Health market, with a focus on driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Business
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a senior sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Full NSW driver's license

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing South West and South Sydney key accounts
  • Service Primary Care and Secondary Care customers with a true Key Account Management focus
  • Drive sales from within hospitals/private specialist rooms
  • Implement data analysis and business planning to achieve sales targets
  • Grow and maintain business objectives through omnichannel promotion
  • Responsible for increasing scripts of all products
  • Develop KOLs as advocates & speakers
  • Ability to undertake occasional interstate travel
