**We are looking for experienced and dedicated Community Care/Support Worker to join our caring and dynamic team and provide high quality in-home support services to our valued customers. For this role, you will need previous experience in aged or disability care. We are also looking for someone who lives locally or willing to travel to Macarthur area.**

For over 20 years, we have been supporting older people, and people living with disability, to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning and laundry
- Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
- Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
- Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
- Provide updates on customer progress following each service

**About you**:

- Caring, compassionate & friendly
- Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
- Reliable & dependable
- Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
- Comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback

**What you will need**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
- Proof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Smart phone with internet access
