This is where you come in.Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift (7am-7pm ,7pm -7AM), 24/7 days, the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standardsOperating high speed machineryAttending to mechanical breakdowns on shiftReading & following SOP'sContributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.When required:provide high level trouble shooting.preventative maintenance tasksassist in necessary modifications.technical assistance to reduce production equipment downtime and spoilage.assist in machinery changeovers.monitoring machinery and resolving issuesAbout YouMinimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environmentExcellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Strong commitment to safe work practicesWilling to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.Why Orora?
