About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at PRD Ashmore in a full-time role as an Assistant Property Manager and 'all-rounder'.
What you'll be doing
Front of house
Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Handling tenant enquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Managing property compliance (smoke alarm and pool safety)
Preparing routine property condition reports
Assisting with the leasing process, including advertising vacant properties
Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
Providing support to the property management team as required
What we're looking for
Must have admin/reception experience
Previous experience in a property management or real estate assistant role, preferred
A valid driver's licence
A valid real estate license or the willingness to obtain one
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
