**About You**:

- **Experienced**: You have a wealth of experience in supporting people with complex needs; or hold a relevant degree in Teaching, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a similar discipline; or are a registered Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS capability framework.

**The Opportunity**:
As a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with DMI Psychology, you'll work within a skilled team of passionate professionals who provide clinical support to individuals, families, and communities. In this role, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred Behaviour Support Plans using a positive behaviour support framework.
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to eliminate restrictive practices while adhering to the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and NDIS Behaviour Support Rules.
- Work directly with individuals of all ages, addressing intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions, ensuring they receive the highest quality of support.
- Provide training to staff and carers, offer ongoing support, and ensure positive outcomes through program design, implementation, and data analysis.

Essential Criteria:

- NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core+) or
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Teaching, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy) or
- Relevant experience in complex case management eg, child safety, support coordination, health etc.
- Relevant experience in forensic behaviour support
- Experience in writing comprehensive reports with strong clinical vocabulary.
- Knowledge of NDIS service delivery and relevant legislation.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening proof of right to work in Australia.
- Have or willing to obtain NDIS Certificates and RBT Training.
- Proof of any relevant qualifications or industry registrations.
