About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for rostering, consulting, and supporting junior staff members. You will provide high-quality medical care to patients, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and supervise junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient outcomes through effective collaboration with colleagues
Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided in the emergency department
Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Participate in rostering and shift arrangements to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
Degree-qualified medical practitioner with registration in Australia
Relevant experience in emergency medicine
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
