**About the Role**

As the Payroll Manager, you will lead a team of two to process over 900 pays accurately and on time, and ensure that the company meets its obligations under relevant employment law and current industrial instruments.
- Process, and report on PAYG Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax, Workcover, and Superannuation.
- Process new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations.
- Ensuring holiday and leave entitlements are administered efficiently and liabilities are recorded
- Completion of end of month payroll journals
- Completion of monthly and year-end payroll reconciliations
- Systems development, implementation and maintenance
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that appropriate internal controls and risk management procedures are applied.
