**Your New Role**

As our Marketing Executive, you'll help bring our brand to life across the globe. Working from frank green House in South Melbourne, you'll be part of a dynamic, passionate team spanning Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce.

You'll play a key role in building and executing integrated campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and influencer collaborations, helping us grow brand awareness, deliver standout experiences, and achieve our sustainability mission.

This is a hands on role that suits a creative and organised all rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Your Day to Day**
- Execute global brand campaigns across multiple channels and markets
- Manage third party collaborations, content creators, and media partnerships
- Plan and deliver brand activations and events that bring our mission to life
- Support marketing efforts for our retail store network
- Keep our global marketing calendar and channel plan up to date
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative, communications and materials
- Collaborate across functions to support campaign planning, briefings and reporting
- Manage contracts, suppliers, talent agreements, and invoicing for marketing projects
- Share competitor research, consumer insights, and sustainability trends with the team
- Help identify and implement best-practice marketing tools and ideas

**What You Need**
- Up to 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in lifestyle, beauty, FMCG or fashion
- A strong grasp of campaign management, digital platforms, and social media best practices
- Experience working with talent, agencies or media partners
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A creative mindset and solutions-focused approach
- Retail and events experience a plus
