You will provide optimal leadership and management, assuming responsibility and accountability for the standard of clinical care delivered and the operational performance of the Theatres.
You will be influential in creating a professional environment and fostering a respectful culture where interdisciplinary team members are able to collaborate effectively to positively impact patient outcomes and professional growth.Your main duties will include:Demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous management experienceExpert knowledge of the perioperative environmentEfficient time management and excellent communication skillsA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisationExercise advanced clinical judgement, critical thinking and ethical decision-making processes in the delivery and coordination of perioperative nursing care.Strategic planning and workforce analysis recognising and aiding staff development and satisfactionAbout youThe Clinical Manager - Theatre will be responsible for the daily management and operational efficiencies of all activities carried out by the Perioperative department.
The Clinical Manager - Theatre will manage existing workforce and project forward to build a cohesive efficient perioperative team environment.
