We're Hiring: Clinical Manager – Palliative Care | Adelaide, SA

Are you a passionate and experienced RN ready to lead a compassionate team in delivering high-quality palliative care? We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Manager to join an incredible team in Adelaide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families during their most vulnerable times.

As the Clinical Manager – Palliative Care, you'll be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, holistic care across our palliative care services. You will provide strong clinical leadership, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with best practices and national standards.

About the role:

• Lead and manage a team of palliative care nurses and allied health professionals
• Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and care planning
• Foster a culture of empathy, excellence, and professional development
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
• Support families and patients with dignity, compassion, and respect

To be successful:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Proven leadership experience in palliative care, aged care, or a similar setting
• Strong understanding of end-of-life care principles and clinical best practices
• Ability to mentor, coach, and inspire clinical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
