What you'll be doing:

- Be the face and force of George Street Yo-Chi—lead from the front with positivity and purpose.
- Deliver 10/10 customer experiences every day.
- Build and coach a team from the ground up.
- Own the venue's performance: from stock to staffing, KPIs to cleanliness—you're in control.
- Drive growth, fun, and flawless operations.

What you bring:

- Previous experience as a venue/restaurant/café manager—QSR a plus
- A natural leader who thrives on team wins and happy customers.
- Confident managing P&L, labour, COGs, and creating high-performing rosters.
- Passionate, hands-on, and always ready to level up.
