We are looking for experienced Supervisors to join our team this winter.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a Restaurant supervisor to lead all aspects of our business. You will ensure the efficient operation of our restaurant and maintain our high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have an exceptional dining experience

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
- Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with our standards and service culture
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
- Having a proactive, and solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
- Management of P&L reporting
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Rostering & supervision of shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Train new and current employees in proper customer service practices

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will own the delivery of an outstanding dining experience and have previous work history in a similar environment. Most importantly you are someone who has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences that are second to none.
