We're looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead a large, dynamic kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional service through both peak trade and seasonal events.About the Role:Lead a brigade of 15+ in a high-volume environmentOversee daily operations and service across a fast-paced, casual dining menuHands-on role - you'll work alongside your team and lead by exampleMaintain high food and safety standards while ensuring smooth kitchen flowPlan and execute major trade periodsand key eventsUse AVC systems for ordering, stocktake, rostering, and compliance - must be computer literateWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a similar high-volume venueStrong organisational and communication skillsProven ability to lead and motivate a large kitchen teamFlexible and calm under pressure with strong service awarenessA leader who embraces systems and thrives in a structured environmentWhy Choose Us?
