About The RoleWe have a fantastic opportunity now available in our Central casual pool with an opportunity for casual shifts as available at our Lismore, Kyogle, Casino, Alstonville and Murwillumbah Norco AgriSolutions retail stores.Your Day-to-day Activities Will IncludeProviding agricultural advisory and sales service to clients.Assisting with inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch.Processing of sales and generating quotes.Forklift operation and customer deliveries.Delivering products to our customers.Why should you join the team at Norco?

Drivers licence essential.Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.HV licence, highly beneficial.A knowledge of farm input industry products and their use, including livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge, highly beneficial.Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment.Natural customer relations and communications skills.Ability to work productively in a small team.Experience in inward and outward goods as well as good mathematical skills being an advantage.Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications.Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting.A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.If you are interested in a great role with Norco, apply now, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your application including a cover letter.At Norco, we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce to create better outcomes for all.
