**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity within our Leadership Learning & Talent Team, which will be responsible for identifying, developing and delivering Talent & Leadership strategies to ensure a clear connection to our culture of people and performance.
This position can be based at one of our Victoria locations - Truganina, Heatherton or Port Melbourne. We can also consider this role as 4 days per week (permanent part time).

**In this Role**
- Develop strong relationships with senior leaders & the broader People & Culture (P&C) team to promote awareness and participation in the design of solutions
- Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and COEs to understand pillar and function needs
- Employ an evidence-based approach utilising research and data to make recommendations and implement improvements
- Design and development of learning solutions that are fit for purpose and demonstrate desired outcomes
- Manage the delivery of leadership programs & team cohesion workshops (including the facilitation for senior teams)
- Provide 1:1 coaching to senior leaders across the business
- Partnering with external vendors to deliver key initiatives
- End to end management of programs and initiatives, including change & communication plans

**You're Likely a Match If**
- Previous success in designing, delivering and implementing Leadership & Talent development solutions to support business priorities
- Previous experience with Psychometric and assessment tools (including LSI & Hogan)
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
- Passion for facilitation and coaching with senior level stakeholders
- Strategic mindset supported by a pragmatic operational approach
- Dynamic relationship building and influential skills, (including senior level stakeholders)
- External market knowledge of emerging and effective talent management and HR related trends
- Degree qualification (HR or Business related) is desirable, but not essential
