**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages
- Maintain high-quality standards in brewing, following established recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Engage with customers in a positive manner
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and contribute innovative ideas.
- Assist with taking of orders, cleaning and general cafe duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience as a barista with specialty coffee.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a vibrant personality.
- Strong english language communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work full-time, Mon-Fri, with potential Saturday.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
