Our bustling hospital cafe is looking for a reliable and experienced
Barista
to join our friendly team. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality coffee and excellent customer service to our staff, patients, and visitors during our busy morning hours.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing and serving a wide range of espresso-based beverages, as well as other hot and cold drinks, with speed and precision.
Operating and maintaining espresso machines and other coffee equipment to the highest standards.
Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
What you'll bring:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a barista
, ideally within a high-volume cafe setting.
Exceptional coffee-making skills and a genuine passion for coffee.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Must be an Australian Permanent Resident.
Unfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates on working holiday visas for this permanent position.
Availability to work
, Monday to Friday mornings/ evenings with possibility of weekend shifts .
