Join Suddenly, a leading content marketing agency, as a Junior Account Service Coordinator supporting client service and content coordination across multiple teams.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, emails, and phone calls
Monitor and manage shared inboxes
Process supplier invoices, raise purchase orders (POs), and track costs
Assist with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of WIP meetings
Organise travel, team events, and support with SLT expenses
Support website checks, magazine mail outs, and general admin filing
Write internal communications and assist content editors with research and fact-checking
Provide content and operational support and administrative services to senior account service and content leads across the agency
Assist in the smooth running of key accounts and agency functions across the three state teams
