Officer - Stores

About the roleReporting to the Supervisor – Supply, the purpose of this role is to provide stores support to the operation at both the underground and surface stores.
Key responsibilities include: Providing a functional service to all departments by managing stock inventory to minimize downtime.
Delivering positive customer support as the first point of contact for departments engaging the supply team.
Collaborating with other departments and vendors to meet goals and requirements promptly.
Ensuring accurate stock management and maintaining inventory accuracy above 90%.
Completing at least two SWOs per month.
Performing warehousing tasks, including receipting and issuing, with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Actively participating in Safe Start meetings and addressing safety concerns or improvements.
Maintaining responsibility for the security and access of the EHM warehouse facility while upholding Evolution's values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect.
About You
You will hold a manual driver's license and high-risk license.
You will demonstrate strong time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time, accurately, and to a high standard.
You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to develop collaborative relationships across departments to understand and meet end-user needs.
Proficiency in CMS and the MS Office suite is required, as well as a solid understanding of other departments' core business requirements.
You will excel at identifying and resolving potential issues, escalating when necessary, while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
