Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a Stores Officer to join our team. This role will provide stores support to both the underground and surface operations, ensuring stock inventory is managed effectively to minimize downtime.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service as the first point of contact for departments engaging the supply team. This includes collaborating with other departments and vendors to meet goals and requirements promptly.

• Providing a functional service to all departments by managing stock inventory
• Delivering positive customer support
• Collaborating with other departments and vendors
• Maintaining accurate stock management and inventory accuracy above 90%

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop collaborative relationships across departments. Proficiency in CMS and the MS Office suite is also required.
