**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator **to join our close and values driven team based at our Head Office in Cannon Hill. This role is pivotal to our People Experience/HR function and will contribute to employee lifecycle administration tasks. This will include:

- With support from the Talent Acquisition Partners, ensure that
- Create weekly and monthly reports on recruitment metrics
- Serve as a super user for our recruitment system, MyRecruitmentPlus (MRP), provide user support and troubleshoot issues
- Perform a variety of admin tasks including payment of invoices, scheduling meetings etc.
- Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team on other programs and projects

**What will you bring**:

- Recruitment administration experience or administration experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, relationship management/customer service environment
- You are a true people person and enjoy engaging with people from all backgrounds both in person and over the phone
- You can easily prioritise and manage up; organisation will be key
- Knack for picking up systems quickly; previous experience with MyRecruitmentPlus (or similar ATS) Xref and ServiceNow would be great
- Strong computer skills and extensive experience with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience working in a disability services or not-for-profit environment would be highly regarded
- A Certificate IV in Human Resources or similar certification (or working towards) would be great but not essential
