Lash Holic is a busy boutique salon located in Wynnum and Capalaba, offering a range of beauty salons in Lash Extensions, Brow Artistry, Lash Lifting and more. We have been delivering exceptional lashes and brows in Wynnum since 2016 and have since opened the doors to a second salon in Capalaba with a loyal and friendly client base that often feel more like family than clients

We are looking for a part time beauty therapist to join our growing family. As an expanding team we have the amazing opportunity to assist in training you up to be at the highest level. This is a very supported role where you can expect us to help you build on your existing lash and brow experience. With flexible days you have the potential to increase your hours to part time or full time as quickly as you want (How fast you get there is up to you)

This position would suit someone who is currently studying a diploma of beauty therapy and has a minimum of 1 year experience or an experienced beauty therapist looking for her forever salon.

**Who are looking for someone who has;**:

- Minimum 1 year experience
- Completed Brow Certificate & Lash Certificate
- Diploma in beauty Therapy highly regarded
- Attention to detail
- Passion and drive for the beauty industry
- Desires opportunity and progression within her career
- Takes initiative and is open to learning and committed to professional development
- Excited, energetics and proactive about building up your clientele
- Clean and professional presentation (although we love a funky coloured hairdo and a killer set of nails)

**Hours & Pay**
Casual part time position to start with and with the opportunity to go to full time hours next year. Available Monday-Saturday including some late nights and saturdays when needed (Open to a mum who still needs to do the school pick ups and drop offs as this role has flexible hours)

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Lash services including lifts & extensions
- Brow services including waxing, dye, mapping & laminations
- Communicating with clients, booking & managing appointments
- Creating content of your work to be shared on social Media aswell as assistance where needed
- Meeting salon service and sale KPIs

1 year experience essential - all training and upskilling provided to staff but experience highly regarded

It is important applicants have strong communication skills, a bubbly personality, outstanding presentation and are confident to work alone at times, as well as part of a small team environment

*The successful applicant does not have to have experience in all above areas, in fact hoping for someone who brings other skills and the will to be the best at what they do by taking on regular training provided by Luisa
