Scarlett Brow Studio is Brisbane's leading boutique salon, specialising in cosmetic tattooing, brows, lashes, and luxury facials. We are expanding our dream team and seeking a skilled Brow Artist & Beauty Therapist who shares our commitment to excellence and client care.

As a Brow Artist & Beauty Therapist, your role will include:

• Delivering brow services: sculpting, tinting, lamination, lash lifts, and aftercare guidance.
• Performing skin services: skin/facial treatments (training provided if needed).
• Consulting with clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored treatments.
• Upholding the Scarlett Standard of client care and salon presentation.
• Actively contributing to salon goals through re-bookings, upsells, and retail recommendations.

What we are looking for:

• Qualified in Beauty Therapy (or similar, e.g. Certificate III/IV or Diploma).
• Skilled in brows, lashes, and skin treatments – or eager to be trained in advanced services.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude.
• Availability for a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.
