**The role**
As a Head of Experience in the Personal Lending team, you will drive excellence in NAB's Everyday Banking proposition through:
- Leading the design and delivery of new Consumer Credit Card value propositions Collaborating across the Enterprise and leading cross functional teams to make it easy and deliver on a simple and digital experience for customers and colleagues
**Day to day you will**:
- Collaborate across Personal Everyday Banking, Digital and Technology to develop and execute on the target customer experience for this team's customer episodes
- Use data and insight to improve customer engagement
- Develop customer experience backlogs and priorities and manage the backlog delivery and execution
- Agree the customer and commercial outcomes to be delivered, establish the cycle plan based on capacity and technology sequencing, set sprint goals, determine/establish optimal resource mix, and build senior leader relationships to ensure alignment and engagement
- Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success/learnings
- Lead cross functional teams, driving outcomes and team engagement as well as other people leader accountabilities
**What you'll bring**:
You are an inspiring leader with a proven track record of effectively leading and motivating cross-functional teams. You can demonstrate the following experience and knowledge:
- Tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and ideally a post-graduate designation from AFMA, CA, SIA or MBA
- Extensive experience in product development, including design and take to market activity
- Demonstrated understating of Banking and internal operations of the bank
- Project management experience and understanding of agile methodologies
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a complex business.
- Outstanding influence, collaboration and relationship building experience and skills
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills at senior levels
- Highly developed business acumen, understanding business drivers, having financial and commercial orientation
