**Trade Floor Support Manager -** Limelight People have been engaged to identify an experienced Trade Floor Support leader for our capital markets / investment banking client.

**Trade Floor Support Manager **- The successful applicant will have a unique ability to lead a team that monitor and analyse complex financial (trading) data identifying behaviours, patterns and events which require investigation. You will also be comfortable rolling your sleeves up doing analysis and investigation work to provide crucial market insights to senior executives across the business globally.

**Trade Floor Support Manager - Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership of a Market Operations function based in the US
- Grow local US markets facing Market Data / Operations team in Australia
- Liaison with Internal (US) compliance teams and US regulatory bodies (eg: SEC)
- Provide Project Management support for all updates applicable to platforms of responsibility
- Monitoring and analysis of financial market data
- Dealing with customers / market participants on high priority / escalation matters
- Analysis of market behaviours and events
- Technical Customer Configuration (new participants)
- Running data queries and running reports
- Contribute towards leading business improvement initiatives particularly product enhancements.
- Liaison with onboarding, connectivity and trading issues with current and potential participants, market makers and vendors.

**Trade Floor Support Manager - Key Requirements**:

- SQL Queries
- Advanced Excel
- Leadership & Management
- Financial Markets (Trading)
- Regulatory & Compliance Reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Tertiary qualified and/or other related industry qualifications
