In partnership with The Talent Mill Recruitment division - we are looking for their next Victorian State Manager.

As a State Manager you will be ultimately responsible for the results of your state, ensuring results align with the financial strategy, driving client experience and team engagement ensuring that the brand ethos is honoured at all touchpoints. You will be a leader in retail excellence, understanding how to inspire team cohesion.

Day to day this role will see you:

- As a brand Ambassador, continually inspire the ethos of the brand internally and externally
- Build and maintain a client-focused mindset, client loyalty and retention
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment across the region
- Engage Boutique team members and stakeholders to establish effective and strong relationships
- Consistently empower and guide Boutique Managers
- Overseeing recruitment for your state - ensuring that new hires are on brand and set up for success
- Maximise sales results and KPIs in line with the brand's strategic objectives
- Implement operational procedures in collaboration with the Head Office departments
- Ensure all Boutiques follow the brand's visual merchandising guidelines

To be successful in this role we are looking for a dedicated people leader - who has proven extensive experience of managing multiple sites(5+) and an evident possession of resilience, problem solving ability and commercial acumen.
- A career retailer with demonstrated previous experience in an Area/Regional/State Manager position. 4+ years in a multi-site role
- Experience in the Australian designer space or a client centric environment is essential as is a demonstrated understanding of what key attributes are required in this space
- Demonstrated background in improving financial performance.
- Understand and continually observe the business environment including market trends and competition
- Passionate about a career in luxury fashion
- Client focused with a natural ability to build and nurture relationships
- An inspiring people leader who prioritises employee development and succession planning
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- The ability to deliver constructive feedback with emotional intelligence
