**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for Tehnical Resource that can perform technical support and able to provide break fix maintenance of the company and other vendor's hardware and software at customer locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the resolution of software and operational situations, as well as perform services activities including systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of the company and non-company's systems and products.
- Handles customer situations with a high level of sensitivity to customer needs, independently takes appropriate actions, and seeks assistance and can work with the company's remote technical support as required. Informs the company's management of developments and otherwise is accountable for customer satisfaction with the services provided.
- Diagnoses complex system and machine malfunctions. Corrects failures in the company and selected non-company's equipment by making necessary repairs using specialised tools and test equipment.
- Makes appropriate use of reference publications, support centers and diagnostic aids.
- Utilises diagnostic aids for software problem determination/problem source identification.
- Uses technical knowledge to analyse complex system-level problems in the areas of hardware/software installation, migration, and operational services using existing techniques and specialized tools.

**About You**:

- Must have appropriate tools and Laptop
- Must have valid Car license and own motor vehicle for travel to and from client sites
- Preferred Government security clearance (Baseline, NV1)
- Must be Australian permanent resident or Citizen
