Our client is an Australian owned, market leader, selling and servicing electric motors, water pumps & filtration systems as well as supplying a huge range of spare parts. With nearly 70 years of sales and service delivery expertise, they are well respected and recognised, servicing multiple industries including mining, water treatment, manufacturing, and agricultural markets. Due to their continued strong growth, they now seek to appoint a Motor Rewinder / Mechanical fitter for their busy Belmont workshop.

**_The Opportunity_**

Your role will be full-time (Mon-Fri) reporting to the workshop manager with occasional overtime (optional) to meet client needs. Daily duties include rewinding & overhauling, trouble shooting and preparing client reports for electric motors, water pumps and various other equipment. Other tasks can include steam cleaning, spray painting and sand blasting as needed. With plans for further growth, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career pathway progressing into leadership & field service roles.

**_You_**
- Electric Motor & Pump Rewinding experience
- Ability to rewind & overhaul electric motors & water pumps to client specifications
- Broad knowledge of AC & DC motors, generators, gearboxes &/or solenoids
- Relevant Trade Qualifications (Electronic Instrument Trades Worker eqiv.)
- Ability to work in a stable team environment and multi-task
- High levels of organisational skills and attention to detail
