**About the Role***
The main focus of this role is to provide confidential and high-quality administrative support to the People and Culture work unit to function effectively.
The HR Administration Officer reports directly to the Director People and Culture.
- Provide confidential and high-quality administrative support to the People and Culture team.
- Coordinate and collate documentation for various forums, including meetings and training events (e.g., briefs, agendas, minutes, reports, training materials etc).
- Assist in events coordination e.g., organising venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation.
- Support the delivery of projects and programs as directed.
- Assist with the payment and processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures and systems to ensure the provision of quality administrative support.
- Liaise, consult, and maintain effective relationships with team members, internal and external clients, and other stakeholders.
- Deal professionally with sensitive and confidential issues that arise within People and Culture in general.
- Work under limited supervision, using a high level of initiative to resolve issues.
