What your day will look like....
As a Digital Workforce Change Advisor, your day will involve a dynamic blend of strategic leadership and hands-on support to drive the successful implementation of statewide digital initiatives within MHAOD services. You will work closely with clinical teams to ensure the safe, high-quality delivery of digital healthcare, leveraging your expertise to guide workforce training, adoption, and the integration of digital systems in line with patient safety and quality standards. Your role will also see you overseeing continuous service improvement through robust risk assessments, data analysis, and the development of quality systems, while providing expert coordination during digital system downtimes to ensure operational continuity and patient safety.
