Job Description Summary

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development of program workshops, content, assignments, and program scheduling (25%)
- Deliver college preparatory workshops and self-development workshops virtually through program participant Zoom meetings (25%)
- Review/grade program participant assignments (10%)
- Schedule and conduct office hours to enhance program participant support and mentorship to participants pertaining to the college admissions process (10%)
- Update our SMP participant database (5%)
- Review and interpret program data with the intent of reporting information gathered (10%)
- Creatively and collaboratively (with other Program Assistants & Director) produce a report of overall participant success during their tenure in the program (10%)
- Other duties as assigned (5%)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred but, not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, written, and graphics skills
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of social media marketing and digital communication methods
- Ability to provide rich, interactive, mission-aligned content and creative pedagogy
- Can establish authentic relationships; can work collaboratively with program and School colleagues
- Places participants' interests, aspirations, and questions at the heart of the program experience
- Must be able to complete State and Federal background checks to work with minors.
