Mid-Weight Graphic Designer -
Full-time | Brisbane (Virginia office)
We're looking for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to take the reins on an existing portfolio of hospitality clients - think pubs, community clubs, hotels, and more. You'll join our Brisbane team to lead creative delivery across a wide range of projects, with the support of our juniors and guidance from our Creative Manager.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency, in-house team, or print production environment. We're after someone who thrives on variety, has strong communication skills and can mentor junior designers while keeping a sharp eye on quality and creative output.

What You'll Do
You'll work closely with our Creative Manager, account services team, and wider studio to deliver design work across an established set of clients.
Lead the creative output across your client accounts, working across everything from digital campaigns and signage to brochures and point of sale
Communicate directly with clients and account managers to understand briefs, present ideas, and deliver effective solutions
Support, mentor and collaborate with junior designers, giving feedback and helping build their design skills
Work with the print production team to ensure files are prepped correctly and ready for press
Keep file storage organised so assets are easily accessible for the rest of the team
What You'll Bring
2 - 4 years of experience in an agency, in-house, or print production studio
A diverse portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
Strong communication skills - you're confident presenting ideas and guiding clients through design decisions
A collaborative mindset - enjoy helping others level up and value being part of a team
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Bonus points for any motion, animation, or video editing experience (After Effects or Premiere Pro)
Your Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Based onsite at our Virginia office in Brisbane (free parking + close to public transport)
