**Lead Educators and Assistant Educators**

We are currently seeking amazing an Lead Educator and Assistant Educators to join our dedicated team. As a Lead Educator or Assistant Educator at Tiny Legends, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, fostering their growth and development in a supportive and enriching environment.

**Lead Educator Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate curriculum and experiences in line with the EYLF
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and document children's learning and development.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Mentor and support Assistant Educators.

**Assistant Educator Responsibilities**:

- Assist Lead Educators in implementing daily routines and activities.
- Support children's learning and development through meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Studying or Qualified Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) for Assistant Educators.
- Studying or Qualified Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care for Lead Educators.
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent) and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development.
