About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cairns office for a full time Junior Receptionist.
Your duties will include: Greeting clients and staff Answering and transferring telephone calls Taking detailed messages Electronically distributing faxes Distributing incoming and preparing outgoing mail Setting up and preparing meeting rooms for the day Organising, cleaning and maintaining the staff kitchen Assisting with catering, stationery and IT requirements General administrative duties Office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
About you You will genuinely enjoy working with people and providing our office and clients with support and confidentiality.
You will have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
You will be professionally presented and have a polished telephone manner with enthusiasm and willingness to work on your own and with our team.
Full training will be provided for this role.
