This Top Tier Financial Services organisation is offering an exciting new leadership opportunity to join their executive team as a Head of Business Lending Experience.

In this challenging new senior leadership growth role, you will be responsible for strategically scoping, developing and delivering best practise lending product initiatives & driving customer experience excellence.

You will have a strong track record in the execution and driving change, together with senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to drive strategic best practise business lending initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
- Strategy development: Scoping, developing and planning strategic business Lending initiatives to execute in delivering strategic programs of work;
- Business Lending product strategic planning and performance reporting;
- Business lending product change, adoption and continuous best practise improvement on Lending enablement;
- Drive business lending product assurance management and business improvement across the bank.

Key Skills/ Experience
- Advanced senior leadership skills with proven credit risk and lending regulatory experience.
- Demonstrated success as a end to end business leader preferable in Business lending (including financial, people leadership, risk & product).
- Proven track record of success as a senior manager with strong banking expertise within a Business & Private Bank being highly regarded.
- Proven leadership in delivery of strategic programs of work with process re-engineering and digilatisation experience being highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders across the Group.
