**What is a People Data Analyst responsible for?**

The People Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of fit for purpose People data and reporting to support the needs of the People function and MinRes. In addition, this role is also responsible for providing transactional and ad hoc reporting and supporting People initiatives requiring People master data; interrogating and identifying erroneous data and following cleansing activities through to conclusion.

**Deliverables - Technical & Operational**
- Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Deliver transactional and ad hoc reporting data requests as required by the business
- Drive data integrity analysis and reporting and work closely with end users to ensure clean data
- Work with stakeholders for manual data cleansing or facilitating bulk loads of data changes
- Interrogate and analyse master data to support projects and initiatives
- Provision of data for audit requests
- Develop an integrated and cohesive data management approach and improve data quality
- Work closely with other business functions and external stakeholders requiring HR master data ie Payroll, Finance, Contracts and Procurement, government agencies by way of delivering ad hoc reports or cyclical or legislative reporting requirements
- Support with performing UAT for HR and downstream systems

**Qualifications and Experience (About you)**
- Experience in HR or similar specialist roles.
- Demonstrated experience using SAP and Spinifex Easy Reporter.
- PowerBI experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Developing relationships, both internally and externally, that encourage and facilitate new initiatives to support and enhance HR Systems.
