**The Job Role**:
In this role you will lead a team of experienced optical professionals, delivering world class customer service and identifying how you can maximise customers' lifestyle enjoyment factor with appropriate eyewear and eye care, including sunglasses, lenses, frames and accessories.

- Experienced manager with strong business skills
- Self motivated with the ability to inspire your team
- Optical experience or open to the challenge to learn optics
- Clear understanding on how to deliver retail metrics
- Genuine need to help and care for your customers
- High attention to detail and a solution focused mindset
- A well organised manager with a desire to continually improve
