As a Casual Sales Assistant at Petbarn Spearwood, you'll help pet parents make the best choices for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products. You'll create connections, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their pet parents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
  • Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
Qualifications
  • A natural love for animals and people
  • Passion for customer service
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to help
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in retail or other customer service role is desirable
  • Organised and detail-oriented
