Lotte is set to rapidly expand, and now is the time to join our team and work in one of the world's most unique and exciting retailer environments. We hold the title of the world's second largest duty free retailer, operating 20 duty free stores, and our eyes are now firmly fixed on our newly opened Flagship store in the heart of Sydney's luxury retail precinct.

This beautifully renovated store on the corner of Market and Pitt St will span over 3 floors, and we are looking for amazing Watch Sales Specialists to join our OMEGA boutique team. OMEGA's innovative watchmaking has been the cornerstone of their heritage and thanks to OMEGA's pioneering spirit and iconic designs, the brand has established a reputation for quality and luxury that is renowned worldwide.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide high levels of customer service at all times
- Ensure both personal and store sales targets are being achieved
- Daily security stock counts
- Daily merchandising: set up, stock rotation, new display concepts
- Stock processing
- Develop own knowledge base

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong proven high end watch/jewellery retail sales
- Experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency, whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is highly advantageous
