Negotiable hourly rate + super + allowances + OTAs an Accessory Fitter at TJM Frankston, you'll get hands-on with some of the most exciting vehicle upgrades out there - think lift kits, bull bars, custom builds - the works
If you love building high-performance 4x4 vehicles, this is the role for you
You'll be responsible for all aspects of fitment to a wide range of 4WDs, ensuring each vehicle is equipped to handle the toughest terrain – your expertise will help bring every customer's adventure-ready dream to life.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in 4x4 accessory fitting or a mechanical/auto electrical background (preferred but not essential)Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to confidently use hand and power toolsKnowledge of 4x4 systems, vehicle modifications, and aftermarket accessoriesAbility to read and follow fitting instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical drawingsUnderstanding of safe workshop practices and commitment to WHS standardsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipGood problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a teamStrong communication skills and a customer-focused attitudeValid VIC Driver's licenseOpportunities for ongoing training (we've got your back)Score discounts on gear you'll want
