We're on the hunt for a **Client Activations Executive** to join our **Sports & Partnership** team based in **Melbourne.**

**What you'll be doing**:
The **Client** **Activations Executive **will report to the Head of Sport & Partnerships and will be responsible to ensure the correct implementation of all client activation solutions across all relevant channels. They will be responsible for responding to client activation requests and custom activation briefs. You will look after the maintenance of client booking systems, implementation of client activations including rostering staff and client reporting. This role will maximize the profitability of the business through ensuring the flawless execution of all client activation solutions.
**Experience we're looking for**:
- Experience in events and/or project management
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels.
- Solid office administration skills
- Excellent resource management skills
- Good working knowledge of social media and other online platforms
- Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to problems
- Promotions, branding, PR experience and/or qualifications
