We are currently seeking a caring, reliable, and qualified Educator to support a family in Mitchelton, Brisbane, under the Australian Government's In Home Care program. About the Role You'll be providing nurturing care and early learning experiences for two young children: a 3-year-old and a 15-month-old, while their parent (a nurse) works a rotating shift schedule. Shifts: 7 shifts per fortnight (mix of early, late, night, and afternoon shifts) Typical shift times may include: Early: 6:00am - 8:00pm Late: 6:00am - 4:00pm Night: 6:00pm - 8:00am Afternoon: 1:30pm - 11:30pm Responsibilities Provide age-appropriate, engaging activities and play Support daily routines including meals, toileting, and naps Prepare healthy snacks and meals Light household tasks (tidying toys, cleaning up after meals) Support sleep and bedtime routines Occasional outings (as appropriate)

- Requirements To be successful, you must have: Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum 2 years' experience) Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009 - Childcare-specific) Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD) Police Clearance Medical Clearance Child Protection training (completed within the last 2 years) Liability Insurance (required once successfully placed) ABN (you'll be working as a contractor) Photo ID PRODA RA Number (we can assist you with this)
